GREEN CARPET CINEMA TALK

  • Dreamland 17 South Water Street Nantucket, MA (map)

The Earth And Her Stories

We’ve all had questions. How did humans go from the cosmos to Contact? From stone tools to School of Rock? From early humans to Easy Rider.

Dr. Rich Blundell leads a dialogue to unpack the truths around the Earth’s own story. He will be joined by Sara Dosa, the filmmaker of Fire of Love (NFF’s opening night film) and Cecil Barron Jensen of ReMain Nantucket for an aspirational talk that reveals the potential of a more beautiful and prosperous future for the Earth and all its citizens. Together they will weave the themes found in their films, tackling heady subjects around climate change, sustainability, and the environment. These are the stories that the Earth is trying to tell us today. Lean in.
