Directors Camille Hardman and Gary Lane chronicle the making of the landmark comedy and trace its impact on popular culture, gender inequality, and labor rights. Featuring interviews with Fonda and her co-stars Lily Tomlin, Dolly Parton, and Dabney Coleman, as well as insights from activists and office workers.
